Haul-o-ween Pumpkins Burn on Highway

A highway hellfire burned hundreds of pumpkins just before Halloween.

KTLA reported that a big rig driving through Lebec, California caught fire on October 25. The trailer was hauling locally grown pumpkins just in time for Halloween before it caught fire. The cause of the fire is still under investigation, but no one was harmed in the incident. Though California isn’t typically known for growing pumpkins, the USDA reported that a few thousand are harvested annually this time of year in the Golden State.
