Is this the close call of the year?!
In a crazy traffic incident caught on video, a pickup truck and a semi-truck narrowly avoided a catastrophic collision on Interstate 475. The footage shows the semi-truck jackknifing off the highway onto the grassy median, while a pickup veers left to avoid the skidding trailer. The pickup then skids into the opposite lane, coming perilously close to an oncoming car, which manages to evade a collision.

Viewers were amazed by reaction time and decision making of the drivers. “Kudos to the driver of the red truck to keep control and off the opposing traffic lanes. Also excellent driving by the white car. Get on the brakes hard, release and then make a controlled shift to the right,” wrote one commenter. “That was so close to disaster,” said another.
