Its clips like these that make truckers question if they’ve really “seen it all.”
The YouTube channel Traffic Cam Watch posted a clip on December 19 of an unusual incident that happened on I-55 North in Shelby, Tennessee. The traffic footage shows a big rig with a red trailer driving northbound. Then, seemingly out of nowhere, the trailer detaches from the semi and starts to pass it on the left. The runaway trailer clips the truck, sending it spinning out of control, and the trailer smashes against the pillar of an overpass.
