Train Collides With Military Hauler: A freight train collided with a semi-truck hauling a military mobile artillery vehicle, in Goose Creek, South Carolina.
According to Fox News, the tank was a reportedly an M109 Paladin Howitzer. The crash occurred on September 12, when the semi-truck got stuck at a train crossing. Fortunately, no injuries were reported, though the damage to both the street crossing and the military vehicle was substantial. According to reports, the man driving the truck declined medical treatment after escaping unharmed.

“Oh s#%$… oh s#%$… holy s#%$,” said a witness in the video. “Dude jumped out right in time!”
Eyewitness Jennifer Clinton, who was present with her son, recorded the incident, stating that it was shocking to witness in person. Portions of the road remained closed for an extended time due to the extensive damage caused by the crash. Authorities have yet to provide details on which military unit owned the Howitzer or the extent of the damage to the train, the truck, and the artillery vehicle.
